02 How we work

From first conversation to launch, and after.

A step-by-step process that brings risks to the surface early, while they are still cheap to fix.

  1. Understand

    We learn how your business works, who will use the software, what already exists and what constraints apply. Before giving any estimate, we make sure we are solving the right problem.

    We design how the system will work: the data, the connections to your other tools and the hosting. Each important choice is written down with its pros and cons, so you can question it.

    We work in short cycles. Every one to two weeks, you get a new working version on a private test site that you can try yourself.

What does Atlaxys Consulting do?

Atlaxys Consulting is a software development and technology consulting company based in Morocco. We build web applications, mobile apps, business software (such as management and back-office tools) and AI automations, and we set up and maintain the cloud hosting they run on. We also help companies make technical decisions, such as whether to build or buy a system and how to modernise an existing one.

Where is Atlaxys based, and do you work with international clients?

We are based in Morocco and work with clients in Morocco and abroad. Most collaboration happens remotely, by video call, email and WhatsApp, with on-site meetings when a project needs them.

Which languages do you work in?

English, French and Arabic. We build software interfaces in all three, including right-to-left Arabic. Technical documentation is written in English by default, or in the language your team prefers.

How much does a software project cost?

It depends on what the software needs to do, how many other tools it must connect to and how much is still undecided. After a short call, we send a written estimate with a price range and the assumptions behind it, so you can see exactly what drives the cost.

Do we own the code and the infrastructure?

Yes. The code, hosting accounts, domain names and data are set up in your company's name. You can keep working with us, bring the work in-house or move to another provider at any time.

Can you take over or modernise an existing system?

Yes. We start with a technical review of the code, hosting, security and release process. We then propose a step-by-step plan that improves the system while your business keeps running.
