We first map how your business works (the information, the rules and the exceptions) and only then choose the tools. It is the cheapest way to avoid rebuilding everything two years later.

How a project runs
Every project follows the same five steps: understand, plan, build, launch, support. Only the size of each step changes.
- Understand. Workshops with the people who will use the system, a review of what exists today, and a first scope with the risks named.
- Plan. A short written plan covering the data, the connections to other tools, hosting, security and the trade-offs we chose. You approve it before any code is written.
- Build. Cycles of one to two weeks. Each one ends with a working version on a private test site that you can try yourself.
- Launch. Automated tests and releases, monitoring and alerts, a launch checklist and a plan to roll back if something goes wrong.
- Support. Maintenance, improvements and the next features, or a documented handover to your team.

Working with clients in Morocco and abroad
We build software for Moroccan businesses, including interfaces in French and Arabic with proper right-to-left support. We also work with companies abroad that want a technical partner in a nearby time zone. Contracts, documentation and day-to-day communication can be in English, French or Arabic.
03 Frequently asked questions
Software Development
Can you build a web app and a mobile app from the same code?
Often, yes. When it suits the product, we share most of the code between a React web app and a React Native mobile app, which saves time and keeps both consistent. When a feature needs the full power of iOS or Android, we write that part separately.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We can join your team, review code with your developers and take responsibility for specific parts of the system while they work on others.
How do you estimate a software project?
After a planning session, we break the work down into features, give a range for each one, list our assumptions and point out what is still unknown. Large projects are split into phases, each with its own budget and result.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code is stored in your company's account from the very first day, and everything we deliver belongs to you.
