The terms that apply when you use the Atlaxys Consulting website, and how they relate to our client contracts.

1. About these terms

This website is published by Atlaxys Consulting (“Atlaxys”, “we”), a company based in Morocco (see the legal notice). These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The website is not a contract for services

These terms cover the use of this website only. They do not apply to, replace or change any proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, licence, purchase order or invoice between Atlaxys and a client. Any service or product engagement is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement signed or accepted for it; if anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Descriptions of services and products, typical durations, budget ranges and examples on this website are general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, a price commitment or a guarantee of results. A binding commitment only exists once a written agreement is concluded.

3. Using the website

You may browse, read and share links to this website for your own information. You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or related systems, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • disrupt the website, for example with automated requests that overload it, malware, or denial-of-service attacks;
  • send spam, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content through our forms, or submit someone else’s personal data without being entitled to;
  • copy substantial parts of the website, or present it as your own or as endorsed by us.

Reading and indexing by search engines and other automated agents that respect our robots.txt file is welcome.

4. Content and illustrative examples

We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may contain errors or become outdated. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice for your specific situation.

Some content may be clearly marked as a draft or an illustrative example. Draft product descriptions may change before they are confirmed. Illustrative examples show how we would approach a type of problem and do not describe real client engagements or measured results.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content (texts, articles, graphics, the Atlaxys name and logo, illustrations, code and design) belong to Atlaxys or to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires our prior written permission. Other names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

6. Information you send us

When you contact us, please give accurate information and only what is needed to describe your request. Do not send confidential business information, trade secrets or sensitive personal data through the forms, by email or by WhatsApp before a confidentiality agreement is in place: sending an unsolicited enquiry does not create a confidentiality obligation or a client relationship. We nonetheless treat every enquiry with care, as described in our privacy policy.

You remain responsible for having the right to share any information about other people that you send us.

The website links to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp, email providers or the websites of companies we mention. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available and secure but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the same extent, Atlaxys is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the information on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (in particular for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence), or affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute about the use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts. If you use the website as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there, where the law gives you that right.

12. Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these terms; the version published on this page, with its date, applies from publication. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Atlaxys about the use of this website. They do not affect any separate agreement covering our services.
